Win4Synergy

Win4Synergy aims to support structuring consortia made up exclusively of Approved Research Centers (ARCs) in Wallonia. This initiative encourages the massification and reinforced networking of ARCs in key technological fields for regional economic development.

Projects submitted must be in line with the philosophy of collective research, enabling pre-competitive research for the benefit of as many companies as possible, especially SMEs. Each consortium must bring together a minimum of three distinct CRAs with complementary skills, to ensure coherent, long-term collaboration.

The project must meet generic objectives, clearly differentiating itself from contract research aimed at a specific product or process that can be valorized by a single company. Industrial governance of the project is essential, involving an Industrial Steering Committee made up of at least five companies active in Wallonia, which will validate strategic orientations and ensure ongoing industrial feedback.

The maximum duration of the project is three years, with an interim evaluation after two years. Results are to be widely disseminated on a non-exclusive basis.
